The food is what you would expect from any Panera bread restaurant. The service is good they are very friendly and helpful whenever I've been in. But the wifi is extremely slow. And usually I'm at a place like this to catch up on school work while having decent food.

I love Panera any day, but this location seems to have some issues. Every time I come they are out of majority of the desired pastries, the pastry items that are in stock are lacking moisture and seem to have been sitting for some time, and the staff always seems hurried and flustered.

Another fav of mine. This location is good so far. Inside and outside is kept clean. The service is quick friendly and efficient. I love it that there is a drive up. It can get really busy so get there early to get your favorite baked pastries or soufflés.

Pathetic food portions. Manager refused to come out and take a look at my steak and cheddar sandwich ("He is in the back right now"). Called corporate and was told they are following company protocol by putting only 1.5 ounces (what?!) of steak on a half sandwich. Left hungry and paid $30 for myself and wife......left feedback on local SwipSwap and got a unanimous similar experience. Too bad to because what little steak there was, was delicious.....doesn't make up for paying $30 and having to go down the street to Chilis.

This place just cannot get it together, rude servers, extremely long waits in drive thru with no acknowledgement or apologies for a ten minuet wait before they even open the window. The sandwiches are skimpy, the food overpriced and yet they stay in business simply because of the chain name and drive thru convenience. Don't waste your time or money

Their a little over priced, for what they give you. Sorry but unless your going in for a bagel and cream cheese in the morning, the sandwichs are just plain for my taste buds.

Today i ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. Very disappointing. It was so dry each bite continued to stick in my mouth. Adding some butter on the outside of the bread before grilling would help immensely!

Never before have I been to a PB where instead of getting your own food at the counter, it's like a restaurant and your food is brought to your table. I'm not sure if this is the norm, but if it is, I'm moving to St. Augustine, because in NY you pick up your meal, and then dispose of it yourself. The bakery and sandwiches are standard, cookies, muffins, paninis, all that good stuff.

Clean and friendly. I'm not a big fan but my granddaughter is.

I hate it when chains become a fad and become so popular that they don't care anymore about service. The food here is ok, nothing special but every time I come here they screw up my order. I work in customer service, so I understand things happen, especially when they are busy, but when a mistake is made you are supposed to make it right. Not treat me like I'm the one that screwed up, and then offer no apology of any sort and have attitude about it. I have been to many Panera Bread's over the years and this is the worst. It's a shame to because I was excited to see we were finally getting one here. Twice they brought me someone elses food. Once the lady tried to tell me it's what I ordered... I'm sorry but I'm pretty sure I know what I ordered 15 minutes ago and what I was in the mood to eat. When the gentleman a few tables over said it was his, she rolled her eyes, and just walked away. Once again... not even an apology. Only once did I have a lady taking my order where everything was right when it came out. She was bubbly and friendly and actually talked to you rather than treating you just like another number at the DMV.

Great spot, very clean, polite and unobtrusive staff make for a decent place to grab a lunch... the addition of the Salmon Club sandwich to the menu (yum) makes this a regular visit, to boot. Free wifi, pleasant surroundings and a solid menu selection (ACAI ice tea, by the way, is a winner), have made this a popular stop for lunch. Recommended.

I found the Greek salad somewhere between mediocre and unremarkable. Although the lettuce and feta cheese were good, the other ingredients that distinguish a Greek salad were either missing (tomatoes, peppers, cukes) or anemic in both quality and quantity (red onion rings and olives). The cup of dressing was so-so.

Nice facility and location...LOVE the drive-thru, LOVE the Mediterranean Breakfast Sand(the pesto makes it! Wish some of the other sands had it...), LOVE the Caramel latte...HATE when I order a large, pay extra for 20 ounces, and the cup is NEVER full(....not even close! ) Wish there were more iced coffee options on the menu.

What is happening at Panera? I purchased a grilled cheese sandwich cost $6.67. It appeared to have one (1) "very thin" slice of cheese, so meager I could hardly taste the cheese. I understand food cost are up, but a very good restaurant's quality and value - disappointing spiraling down. This was served at the SR 312, St. Augustine location.

Worst Panera ever! Took forever to get my order. And they left my sandwich out for several mins on counter which made the hot meal cold. This is one of the Paneras where they are supposed to bring the meal to your table. Who knows how much longer it would have sat on that counter if I hadn't gone to check on it when I did. Filthy coffee area, no creamer, no sweet and low, coffee grinds in coffee. Workers arguing in the back. It's not hard Panera!! You just have to plate your meals, clean the counters, keep creamer and sweetener out and take a bath before you show up for work. We won't be back!

I'm a big fan of Panera Bread so I was really happy that a location opened up near my BF's house. Just like other Paneras: spacious and free wi-fi. Food was as expected. Still loving the cheddar and broccoli soup and the mediterranean veggie sandwich. Service was quick. It was REALLY busy... probably due to a combination of it being lunch time and it being brand spankin' new. The cashiers were all pleasant even though the line was never ending. I'll be back. =)
